Validation of European Patents in Malta
The current requirements for the Validation of European Patents in Malta are the following:
» The signed Power of Attorney (POA);
» A copy of the European Patent Registration Certificate;
» A certified English or Maltese translation of the patent in case the European Patent is not in English or Maltese;
The submission of a validation request is subject to official fees that have not yet been issued by the comptroller.
